Panel Submissions for 2025 Open:

The submission form for panels will be avlable starting April 15th, 2025. The deadline for submissions is July 1st. We kindly remind you that any panel or event submission received after this date won't be considered.

Fandom Meetings and Meetups Information:

For organizing gatherings related to your favorite fandoms, please use the dedicated Fandom MeetingMeetup form on our website. Panels submitted through other forms will not be accepted.

Polices for 18+ Panels:

We adhere to strict policies regarding adult content:

• Age Verification: Attees must be at least 18 years old by the event date.

• ID Requirement: All participants aged 18 or older must present a valid ID with their birthdate and photo. Exceptions are not made, even for minors accompanied by guardians or family members.

• Acceptable IDs: Valid forms include Driver’s License, Military ID, Passport, or Texas State ID; expired IDs are accepted as long as they have the current birthday and photo information.
